JAS Musicals started working on developing the Dhol and its manufacturing process in the UK in 1985. The modern shape of the UK Bhangra Dhol is the result of 30 years of academic research and hard work.
At JAS, our unique code of conduct ensures complete in-house craftsmanship—from sourcing raw tree trunks and carefully seasoning the wood, to developing and shaping Dhol shells, processing natural skins, applying specialized treatments to both wood and skin, finishing the wooden shells, and expertly assembling the final Dhol—all under one roof at our own dedicated factory.
JAS also offer full repair and restoration services withall parts readily available.
